Galina is the founder of and an instructor at Mentor Society. She has extensive experience in business management and development. She is also a Business Advisor, M&A Advisor, and Business Broker with M&A Business Advisors. For the past 15 years, she has worked as a strategy consultant to many business owners in Southern California, helping them implement a more data-driven approach to their business operations, in addition to help them optimize their sales and marketing.
As a parent of a 14-year-old son who has been attending an independent study program for the past 6 years, she understands the importance of having quality educational programs that deliver a real-life practical experience to students. Having a solid foundation in both career and business development is essential to lifelong success. Her goal is to help students take a more analytical and exploratory approach to planning their future through career exploration, goal setting, research, planning, and implementation.
